Chantilly Cream 200g

Dairy product rich in fat removed from milk by technologically appropriate procedures, which takes the form of an emulsion of fat in water. Added specific stabilizers and thickeners and processed by the UHT system.

INGREDIENTS

Standardized milk cream at 35% fat, milk proteins, carrageenan and locust bean gum thickeners and sodium citrate stabilizer.

CONSERVATION METHOD

It should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated place at room temperature.

PREPARATION METHOD

Before using, keep the Chantilly Cream in the refrigerator (2°C a 7°C), for, at least, 12 hours. Beat with a mixer at maximum speed until the desired consistency is obtained or until it doubles in volume (3 to 8 minutes), the time may vary according to the room temperature or type of mixer used. To sweeten it, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, or add to your taste.

TIP: For a delicious whipped cream, try mixing Sweetened Condensed Semi-Skimmed Milk (2 tablespoons - 26g) with Chantilly Cream before whipping.
